Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data, your name and email address, collected when you sign up.
• Your analyses, the answers you give in the test selector and the results we generate, saved so you can revisit them from your dashboard.
• Payment data, payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details; we keep only a record of the transaction (order id, plan, amount) for accounting.
• Feedback you send us, if you use the feedback form we store your star rating (1–5), your message, and which page of the site you sent it from. Your name and email are optional, leave them blank and we still get the feedback, we just have no way to reply. If you happen to be signed in, the submission is linked to your account.
• Emails you send us, if you use a contact link you are simply emailing us, so we receive your email address and whatever you write. Those messages live in our inbox, nowhere else.

We read feedback to fix bugs and improve the tool. We won't publish your review, name, or any part of it publicly without asking you first.

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

Where it lives

Account and analysis data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider. Feedback submissions go into a separate Supabase table, written by our own server, never by your browser, and not readable from the public site. Payments are handled by Razorpay (India). The site is hosted on Vercel. Your login session is kept in your own browser's local storage, we don't use tracking cookies.

Your rights

• Access, your saved analyses and account details are visible on your dashboard.
• Deletion, you can permanently delete your account and all your data from the dashboard (“Delete my account”). Transaction records are retained in anonymized form, with no link to you, as required for accounting.
• Feedback, email us and we'll delete anything you sent through the feedback form. If you left your name and email out, tell us roughly when and what you wrote so we can find it.
• Correction or export, email us and we'll help: stephen@psychsimplified.in.

Plans & payments

Paid Selector plans are prepaid: Pro grants 90 days of access. Course purchases (the ₹499 Dissertation Pack and ₹999 Full Course) are one-time and do not expire. There is no auto-renewal on anything and we store no payment instrument that could charge you again.
